Uzbekistani model and actress Natasha Alam plays the part of Anika during episode four of season four, titled Sorry, Harvey. Her characters hits it off with the Beverly Hills mayor and lands him in hot water when TMZ releases a video of the two leaving Winston’s together. Natasha played the recurring role of Ava on The Bold and the Beautiful for four years and is not a transgender person like the character she portrayed on Entourage.
