Though often brought up in conversation (especially those regarding Turtle’s smoking habits), Black Hack appears in only one episode of Entourage. DeRay Davis assumes the role and supplies Turtle with some clean urine (not his own) for an upcoming drug test in the show’s fourteenth episode.
