Jana Kramer portrays Entourage’s Brooke Manning, a recurring character in the show’s sixth season. Brooke attends school with Turtle and catches his attention after she tells him that her sorority sisters broke into his house and stole his boxers. Brooke’s interest in Turtle begins to negatively affect his relation with Jamie-Lynn Sigler. Jana Kramer, who also plays the part of Alex Dupre on The WB/CW’s One Tree Hill, makes her first Entourage appearance at the sixteen-minute mark of S06E09.
