Car Service Rachel

Annie Ilonzeh plays one of Turtle’s four drivers during the first three episodes of the show’s seventh season. Her Rachel character is introduced very early in S07E01 and eventually leaves Turtle’s car service when he announced pay cuts in S07E03, Dramedy. Annie is perhaps best known for her roles as Kate Prince in the short-lived Charlie’s Angels television reboot and as Joanna De La Vega in The CW’s Arrow.
