Busy Phillips plays the part of Cheryl, the girl that Turtle meets at the dog park, during season three’s Dog Day Afternoon. Though Turtle is attracted to Busy’s character, his tolerance for her unsolicited dog-training tips is minimal. Busy had a major role on 1999’s Freaks and Geeks as well as ABC’s Cougar Town alongside Courtney Cox.
