Marvin is Vince and Drama’s high-strung accountant/money manager. When Turtle gets into the tequila business in season 7, Marvin also serves as the entrepreneur’s financial consultant. We learn that Marvin has been doing Johnny “Drama” Chase’s taxes since 1989 near the beginning of S02E03, Aquamansion.
